Pork roast
1½ c. water
1/4 cup vegetable oil
3/4 chopped onion
1½ c. ketchup
6 T. mustard
4 T. sugar
2 T. salt
1/2 t. pepper
1/3 c. cider vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Bake roast in foil for 45-60 minutes or until clear liquid comes out

Simmer sauce for 15 minutes. Shred roast into sauce. Simmer at low heat, covered, for 1½ hours.
