12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 bag marshmallows (cut up in half)
1 c. walnuts, chopped
2 8-oz. Hersey chocolate bars, broken up
1/2 stick butter
3 c. sugar
1 can evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
1. Put first 5 ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
2. Stir sugar and evaporated milk in a large sauce pan. Bring to a boil stirring constantly. Once it has reached the soft ball stage, pour over ingredients in bowl. Mix until fully blended and marshmallows are all melted.
3. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan, cover with Saran Wrap and refrigerate until firm/hard.
