Spicy Fried Wings Recipe

Seasoning Mix:
1 T. seasoning salt
1 T. crushed red pepper flakes
2 t. black pepper
2 t. cayenne pepper
2 t. poultry seasoning
1 t. lemon pepper
12 whole wings

Spicy Chicken Batter:
2 eggs
2 T. hot sauce
1 T. red pepper flakes
1 t. black pepper
1 t. cayenne pepper
2 cups all-purpose flour

Spicy Dipping Sauce:
1 Cup sour cream
2 T. horseradish
1/4 T chili sauce
1/2 t cayenne pepper

Cover the wings in the seasoning mix and let marinate for an hour

Whisk batter ingredients together in medium mixing bowl. Put flour in a shallow dish

Dredge chicken in egg mixture then in the flour.

Cook wings at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
