3 lbs. hamburger
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 egg
Ritz crackers, crushed
1 tsp. parsley flakes
Dash milk
Salt and pepper
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. horseradish
1 1/2 tbsp. water

Sauce:
1 16-oz. sour cream
1 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine first 10 ingredients and roll into balls. Cook on stovetop, very slowly, simmer 2 hours.
2. To make sauce: Bring 1 c. water to a boil, add one large container sour cream. Simmer on low to a rich sauce. Serve over meatballs and noodles.
