1 pound ground beef
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 Italian breadcrumbs
1/4 cup flat leaf chopped parsley
1/4 cup milk
2 cloves garlic, grated
1 large egg, lightly beaten
Salt & pepper
2 cups marinara sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the beef, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, parsley and milk in a large bowl.
Add the garlic, egg and 1 tsp salt, season with ground pepper.
Form the mixture into 2 inch balls.
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
Arrange the meatballs or a parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Stir together the marinara sauce and 2 cups water in a deep skillet.
Add the meatballs and simmer for 20 minutes.
