200g white chocolate
200g sour cream / Schmand
200g whipping cream
¼ grated Tonka bean or vanilla extract

All ingredients are used in the same amount. The recipe is easily adaptable for a larger number of servings.
The amount given is good for four servings.

Melt the white chocolate in the microwave (one minute at a time) or over a water bath on the range. Let it cool down a bit and stir in the sour cream or Schmand (if you have any).
Whip the cream and add it to the chocolate & sour cream mix. Add a quarter of a grated Tonka bean or vanilla extract.
Put it in the fridge for at least an hour and serve with berries or "Rote Grütze".
