Head of Cabbage
to cup bacon grease

Directions:
Directions:
Slice cabbage in half and then slice thin. Melt bacon grease in large saucepan Add cabbage. Cook with lid on Pan will be full and as it cooks it will wilt down. Stir frequently. You want cabbage to brown. As it cooks it becomes sweeter and tender.
