Preheat oven to 350
Potatoes enough for family
3 pounds Hamburger
2 cans tomato soup
2 cans cream of mushroom soup or cream of celery soup
1 to 2 onions

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350.
Slice potatoes about inch to ⅛ inch thick. *You can speed up baking time by microwaving potato slices until half tender. Layer sliced potatoes in bottom of dutch oven or large casserole dish.
Brown hamburger meat and crumble (drain fat). Spoon half of cooked hamburger meat over potatoes and top with cut up onions. Pour tomato soup as next layer. Spoon the other half of hamburger meat on top of tomato soup. Last layer Cream of mushroom soup or Cream of celery soup. Bake at 350 for 1 hours unless microwave potatoes which will cut baking time.
