3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. shredded zucchini
1 can (8 1/2 oz.) of crushed pineapple, drained
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. raisins
1 c. chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
1. Beat together eggs, sugar, oil, and vanilla. Add zucchini and pineapple; mix together well.
2. Add flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, raisins and walnuts. Mix well.
3. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
