1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
1 can white kernel corn with liquid
1 can cream corn
1 stick melted butter
1 egg
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix all together (will be runny).
2. Spray baking dish with cooking spray. Pour mixture in dish.
3. Bake at 375º for 35-40 minutes. The center will be set and the dish will be golden brown.

This is a favorite at all family holidays!! This recipe is easy to double for large gatherings. You will get many compliments on the corn casserole if you bring it to a pot luck! Enjoy!!
