Apple pellets

7 Lbs bone in turkey breast

Brine over night: 1 cup Kosher Salt and ½ cup Brown Sugar to one gallon warm water. Add a little hot sauce.

Directions:
Directions:
Rub under skin with choice of seasoning such as Old Bay Seasoning and a sweet rub.

Smoke low for 2 hours then 225şish for another 2 to 3 hours. Remove & let rest covered for ½ hour.
