2 sticks margarine
½ cup shortening
3 cups sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. lemon extract
5 eggs
3 cups flour
1 10 oz. 7-up

Directions:
Directions:
Add sugar to margarine and shortening and cream well. Add flavorings. Add flour and eggs alternately, beating well, beginning and ending with flour. Fold in 7-up. Be sure it is all well blended.
Bake in tube or fluted pan that is greased and floured.
Bake at 350º for 1 hour or until cake leaves sides of pan.
