2 half ripe mangoes (still firm when squeezed) peeled and cut into small cubes
cup red pepper
cup diced cucumber
cup diced red onion
2 tablespoon fresh coriander
teaspoon ground cumin
2 tablespoon lemon juice
Hot pepper sauce to taste

Directions:

In a bowl mix together all ingredients
Add hot sauce to taste.
Serve chilled

Serve as a dip wth chips or as a topping for fish, chicken or pork.
