1-1/2# Beef Flank Steak or Round Steak
1/3 cup Soy Sauce
2 bunches Green Onions, thinly sliced
1 Clove Garlic, crushed
1 Tbsp. Sugar
2 Tbsp. Dry Sherry or Sake
1 Tbsp. Sesame Seeds, toasted & crushed
1 Tbsp. Sesame Oil
Dash Red Peppers

Hot cooked rice.

Directions:
Directions:
Slice meet very thin diagonally across the grain.

Combine soy, onion, garlic, sugar & all of the above in a shallow dish.

Add meat spooning marinade over the meat to coat well.

Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes or more

Grill meat over hot coals, grill 2 minutes on each side.

Serve reserve marinade in separate dish.

Spoon over cooked rice
