1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 lb bacon, chopped and fried
1/2 c red onion, finely chopped
1/4 c sunflower seeds

1 c mayonnaise
1/3 c sugar
2 T white vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl combine broccoli,,cheese, bacon, onion and sunflower seeds. In separate smaller bowl, whisk together mayo, sugar and vinegar. Pour over broccoli mixture and stir to cover. Is best if you refrigerate it for a few hours before serving.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I like to leave the bacon separate and stir it in right before I serve it so it doesn't get too soggy. Also, you can add raisins or grapes (halved) and you can substitute 1/4 cup Stevia for the sugar if you would like it to be lower in calories (or low carb).
