2 egg yolks
1 tsp. shortening
2 tbsp. canned milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients in bowl and mix well. Add enough flour to make dough fairly stiff-begin with approximately 1/2 c.. Roll out and cut to desired thickness. Lay out to dry on floured cotton tea towl or sheet. Fluff daily for 3-4 days or until dry.

We have found that it is best not to double the recipe when making noodles for a crowd. We just make them as instructed-2 generous servings at a time.
