1 1/2 c. sugar
2 oz cream cheese
6 T warm melted butter
1/3 c vegetable oil
1 egg
2 t vanilla
1 T milk
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 t baking soda
1 t baking powder
1/2 t salt

Directions:
Directions:
In mixing bowl, beat together sugar, cream cheese and butter. Mix in vegetable oil. Add egg, vanilla and milk and mix together. In separate bowl whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Add to creamed sugar mixture, stir with wooden spoon until cohesive...do not overmix. Scoop out 24 balls with cookie scoop (about 2 Tbsp) Roll lightly into balls, dip balls in sugar, and place on baking sheet (12 balls per sheet). do not overhandle. Press down lightly with bottom of flat measuring cup or glass. Sprinkle cookies on baking sheet with 2 tsp sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 11-13 minutes until edges just begin to brown. Let cool on pan 5 minutes, remove to cooling rack.
