3/4 to full osterizer of potatoe water
1 1/2 cubes of margarine
3/4 cups sugar
6 tsp. salt
6 cups warm water
4 T of yeast (1 pkg. = 1 tab of yeast. (When I measure) I don't make it smooth not big heaping either. I buy big pkg. keep in qt. bottle in frige)
If I use wheat, I grind that, maybe a cup or two and put in with the above then mix all together.

Mix together potatoe water, margarine, sugar and salt.
In another bowl add warm water with yeast. Stir until yeast is disolved. Let rise for a few minutes.
Add potatoe water mixture and yeast mixture to bread mixer.
If I use wheat, I grind that, maybe a cup or two and put in with the above then mix all together adding the flour a cup at a time. Beat until smooth. Add more flour if needed.

Turn out on lightly flowered board, knead until smooth 10-12 min. Place in greased bowl turning over to grease top. Let rise double 1 hr. punch down rest 15 minutes.


I have a big silver bowl I pour it into raise. I wouldn't need to because my bread mixer bowl is stainless steel. Any way I just let it raise once then mix into rolls, bread and put in pan and let raise.
When I first put in oven I set temp about Bake at 400 until bread
