3 gal. crushed grapes or fruit
3 qt. boiling water

Directions:
Crush 3 gallons of grapes or fruit. Add 3 quarts boiling water. Let stand for 8 or 9 days until pulp comes to top. Skim off and strain juice. Add 1 pint of sugar to each quart of juice. Let stand and ferment. Skim off everyday until it quits working. Bottle when done.
