Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 package fast rising active dry yeast
1 cup hot water
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 Tbsp vegetable or olive oil
1 cup whole wheat flour (King Arthur's preferably)
1-½ cups bread, or all purpose flour (King Arthur's preferably)

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in water. Stir in remaining ingredients except 1-½ cups of flour. Mix well, then gradually mix in the rest of the flour. When it gets thick enough, mix with hands. Dough should not stick to your hands, add more flour, in small increments (1/4 cups approx) until it doesn't.

Knead for a short time (folding half over half and pushing it down) until it's somewhat elastic in texture. Oil bowl (generous tablespoon), turn ball of dough around until all areas are coated. Rest dough in bowl, covered with a damp cloth. Let it rise in a warm place away from drafts until dough doubles in size; approximately 30 minutes (this depends greatly on environment. Make sure the area is neither too cold or too hot.)

If you want even more of a bread like dough, punch it down and turn it over and let it rise again, approx. 15 minutes.

Personal Notes:
I just decided upon the more bread like dough once. More often than not, I didn't start soon enough to make it that way. This is a nice in-between the original Betty Crocker recipe and the bread like dough.
