3 large potatoes, peeled and cut into 1" pieces
1 small onion, chopped
2 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
2 - 3 Tablespoons oil
salt and pepper, to taste
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Brown potatoes in oil, turning frequently, about 10 to 15 minutes.
Salt and pepper, to taste.
Add crumbled bacon.
Sprinkle with paprika to color the potatoes. Stir until well mixed.
