4 C. Buttermilk
4 T. Hot Sauce
4 C. flour
2 t. onion powder
2 t. cumin
2 t. celery salt
1 t. cayenne pepper
2 t. garlic salt
2 t. Seasonall
2 t. Paprika
Salt and pepper to taste

In large resealable plastic bag, mix butter milk and hot sauce. Add chicken, seal bag and turn to coat.

In another large resealable plastic bag, add all dry ingredients, except salt and pepper. Remove chicken pieces from buttermilk, drain slightly and put a few pieces at a time into the flour mixture. Seal and toss to coat chicken. Place on lined 15 X 10 pan. Repeat until all pieces are dredged in flour.

In Dutch oven or large deep skillet, add 1/2 inch of vegetable oil. Heat to 350º. Fry chicken, uncovered, for 8 minutes per side or until coating is dark golden brown and meat is no longer pink, turning occasionally (Internal temperature should reach 165º). Salt and pepper to taste when chicken is first added to the pan. Drain on paper towels.
