6 lg. Shrimp (per serving) cleaned
½ Lemon
1 sm. Jar Pimentos
½ c. Butter
¼ c. White Wine
1 c. Chicken Stock
1 tsp. Minced Garlic
Oregano, salt, and pepper
Spaghetti
Directions:
Directions:
Sauté shrimp in butter. Remove from pan and set aside. Juice lemon in pan, along with garlic and sauté until done. Add remaining ingredients including the shrimp. pour over cooked spaghetti.
