2-1/2 pound cream cheese soft
1 cup flour sifted
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
1 egg yolk
1/2 cup butter softened
1 tsp. vanilla

FILLING:
1-3/4 cups granulated sugar
3 tsp. flour
1-1/2 tsp. grated orange rind
1-1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
1/4 tsp. vanilla 2 egg yolks
5 whole eggs
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, sugar,lemon rind, add egg yolk, butter and vanilla. Blend with fingers. Thinly roll out dough and place approximately half of it on the bottom of a 9 inch spring form pan without sides. Bake dough circle in oven at 400º for 5-10 minutes until dough is slightly colored. Cool dough circle and place sides of spring pan around bottom of pan. Line pan sides with the rest of the dough, seling the bottom with the uncooked side dough.

FILLING:
Blend cream cheese, sugar, flour, orange and lemon rind,vanilla, yolks and eggs one at a time. Beating thoroughly after each addition. Pan and bake at 500º for 14 mins.. Reduce temperature to 200º and continue baking for 1 hr. or more until filling is completely set and top slightly browned. Remove from oven and cool Refrigerate or freeze.
