1 can tomato bisque soup
1½ lbs. ground beef
½ Cup fine, dry bread crumbs
¼ Cup minced, onion
2 Tablespoons chopped parsley
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
1 box French style green beans, thawed
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ½ can sup with all ingredients except the beans and cheese. Mix well. On wax paper pat meat mixture into 12x9 inch retangle. Sprinkle cheese on top of meat. Layer green beans onto meat mixture to within 1 inch of all edges. Pat lightly into the meat. Sprinkle with cheese. Roll tightly. Place on pan and bake in a 350º oven for 40 minutes. Dilute remainin soup with milk or water and pour over meat. Bake 10 minutes longer.
