6 Lb. brisket
1 onion sliced
Cup brown sugar
Cup chili sauce
1 clove garlic crushed
1 regular size can beer, room temperature


Directions:
Directions:
Place brisket in deep pan. Add sliced onions. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over brisket. Cover with foil and seal tight. Bake at 300 for 1 hour per pound.
