2 lbs. sausage, browned
8 slices bread, cubed
1 lb. shredded cheese
6 eggs
2¼ Cups milk
¾ tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 can mushroom soup
small jar mushrooms
¼ milk

Directions:
Directions:
Layer bread, sausage, and cheese in a 9x13 casserole dish.
Mix eggs, 2¼ cups milk, dry mustard, and salt and pour over bread mixture.
Mix soup, mushrooms, and ¼ cup milk and spread over top of mixture.
Let stand in refrigerator 12 hours.
Bake in a 325º oven for 45 minutes.
(This dish may be frozen ahead of time.)
