1.5 lbs ground ground or ground chuck
1/2 c bread crumbs (Plain or Italian)
1 egg
1 c milk
1 T worcestershire sauce
1 t salt
1/2 t dry mustard
1/4 t pepper
1/8 t garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients. (Mix by hand---it's almost impossible to use a spoon or a mixer.)
2. Shape into a loaf. (You can either use a loaf pan or a bigger pan and just shape the meat into a loaf.)
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Check the middle to make sure it's cooked.
