3 ripe avocados
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
½ C mayonnaise
½ C sour cream
1 pkg. taco seasoning
2 cans Plain or Jalapeno Bean Dip
1 C chopped green onions
3 chopped tomatoes
1 can sliced black olives
1 8oz. package grated cheddar cheese.

Directions:
Directions:
1. Peel, pit, and mash avocados. Mix with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
2. Combine mayonaise, sour cream, and taco seasoning in bowl and set aside.
3. To assemble: Spread bean Dip in a shallow platter.
4. Layer each mixture as follows on top of beans:
Avocado mixture
Sour cream mixture
Onions
Tomatoes
Olives
Cheddar Cheese
5.Chill
6.Serve with Tortilla Chips
