1 7 oz. can solid white tuna
2 tbsp. brandy
2 hard boiled eggs
2 3 oz. packages cream cheese at room temperature
pinch of white pepper
3 tbsp. pistachio nuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Into the container of a blender, put half the tuna and its juices, 1 tbsp. of brandy, 1 of the eggs and 1 pack of cream cheese. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides often. Put into a bowl and repeat procedure with the rest of the tuna, brandy, egg and cream cheese.
Stir in a generous pinch of white pepper and salt if it seems to be needed and the chopped nuts. Put into a serving dish. Cover the top with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to use.
Serve with homemade melba toast fingers or Bremner wafers.
