1 slice of bread
1 egg
butter
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly butter 2 sides of sliced bread. Lightly brown 1 side, flip over and make a hole in the middle with a small glass and let brown, also. Pour broken egg into hole and let cook until ready to flip. Salt and pepper, flip and finish to desired doneness.
