2 lbs. sliced carrots
1 diced small onion
1 diced red pepper
1 diced green pepper
1 can tomato soup
¾ cup vinegar
1 cup sugar
½ cup Mazola
1 cup prepared mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook, drain and cool the carrots.

Add the onion, red pepper and green pepper.

With beater, blend tomato soup, vinegar, sugar, Mazola, salt and pepper.

Pour over the carrots and marinate overnight or several hours.

Will keep two weeks in refrigerator.

Note: May also use cauliflower, broccoli, green beans with the carrots, all cooked.
