2 c. granulated sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 ½ c. flour
1 bag small/miniature marshmallows
⅓ c. cocoa
¼ tsp. salt
3 tsp. vanilla


Frosting:
1 stick margarine or butter
½ c. milk
½ c. cocoa
1 lb. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and oil. Add eggs, dry ingredients and vanilla. Mix well. Pour into a greased and floured 13x9 pan.
Bake at 350º for 40-45 minutes (until toothpick inserted is clean). Remove from oven and pour marshmallows over top in a single layer. Return to hot oven (turn off heat) and let melt, but not brown-about 10-15 minutes. Removed from oven and cool completely then add frosting.

Frosting: melt margarine/butter over medium heat with milk and cocoa. When melted stir in powdered sugar and pour over marshmallow brownies.
