1 T flour
1 tsp. salt
1 ½ tsp. Sage
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. Thyme leaves
½ tsp. ground Allspice
½ tsp. Paprika
4 pork chops
2 T. olive oil
1 medium onion thinly sliced
2 red apples, thinly sliced
½ c. apple juice
1 T. brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, salt and seasonings in bowl. Dip both sides of pork in seasoned flour.
Heat oil in a skillet on medium heat. Add pork chops and brown on both sides. Remove and add onions, cook until tender. Add apples and cook for 2 minutes.
Stir in juice, sugar and remaining seasoned flour until well mixed. Return pork chops to skillet. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 5 min.or until the desired doneness.
