1 Pork Shoulder trim of fat slab on bottom side
Linc’s dry rub
1 Bottle favorite Barbeque Sauce
I use hickory or mesquite chips

Directions:
Directions:
Apply Linc’s dry rub to all sides of pork use a lot rub into meat
Wrap meat in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 24 hrs
Place meat in smoker for 10 hrs or until internal temperature of meat reaches 200
Rest meat on counter until cool, then flake meat with fork pulling apart into little strands. I usually add sauce to meat but you can add when making sandwiches. Meat also makes awesome taco’s.
