8 large boiled eggs
¼ cup Hellmanns mayonnaise
1 heaping tbsp Durkees sauce
⅓ cup sweet pickle relish, drained
¼ tsp koscher salt
¼ tsp ground black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Boil the eggs until they "dance". Remove from heat. Wait 20 min then peel the eggs. Once cool, dice the eggs and mix with remaining ingredients.

Use as a salad or on sandwich bread. This is a good go-to for a quick, tasty lunch. Brings back memories of growing up, coming in from playing Tarzan, Jane and Cheetah or from swimming and having a quick sandwich.
