One medium head of cabbage

1 medium onion

3/4 c butter (salted)

8 oz. Kluski noodles

Salt & pepper to taste

Remove core from cabbage. Cut head into quarters & cut into 1/2 inch strips. Set aside. Peel onion, cut into quarters & then slice. Place cut up cabbage & onions into large skillet or wok. (I have a large wok that works great for this recipe) Add 1/2 c. butter and sprinkle with salt & pepper. Cook over low heat until cabbage is tender, stirring frequently. Cook Kluski noodles according to package. Drain & add noodles to cooked cabbage. Add 1/4c. butter and stir until combined. Continue cooking until butter is melted. Add additional salt & pepper to taste
