12 thinly sliced large carrots, cooked until tender
½ lb. Velveeta Cheese
1 stick butter, melted
1 finely chopped small onion
¼ cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon dry mustard (optional)
¼ teaspoon celery salt
2 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in sauce pan on stove and brown onions over medium heat.

Stir in flour and seasonings.

Add milk gradually and continue to stir until it boils.

Grease two-quart casserole and put half of carrots on bottom, Velveeta Cheese next, then the remainder of carrots.

Pour sauce over all. Topping with buttered bread crumbs is optional.

Bake 375º for 35 minutes.
