1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut into smaller pieces
1 can water
1½ tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
Directions:
Directions:
Melt Velveeta cheese and Ro-Tel tomatoes in microwave. Add remaining ingredients. Stir. Serve with tortilla chips.
