Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 carton (32 oz.) Swanson chicken broth
1 can (28 oz.) La Choy Stir Fry Vegetables - drained
4 cups chicken - cooked and chopped
Instant chicken bouillon (optional)
Corn starch

Cooked rice
Chow mein noodles

Directions:
Directions:
It is best to make this the day before you eat it so the chow mein can soak up the broth for better flavor. Pour the broth in a pan. Drain the vegetables; remove the tiny ears of corn and throw them away. Add the vegetables to the broth. Bring to a boil and then turn down; simmer for 30 minutes.

Take out a small amount of the broth and mix with the corn starch. Once it is thoroughly mixed, pour it back into the vegetables to thicken up the broth. If you don't think it has enough flavor, you can add a little bit of instant chicken bouillon.

Serve over rice & add chow mein noodles on top.
