1 c. water
½ c. oil
1 stick butter
3 T. cocoa
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
½ tsp. salt
2 eggs (lightly beaten)
½ c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Bring water, oil, butter and cocoa to a boil, stirring often.
Mix sugar, sifted flour and salt together.
Pour cocoa mixture over the dry ingredients. Add eggs, milk, soda and vanilla. Blend well.
Bake in a greased jelly roll pan at 350º for 25 to 30 minutes.
