1 c. white sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 large eggs
1 t. vanilla
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. cocoa powder
1/2 t. baking powder
1/2 t. sea salt
1 c. rhubarb (diced finely)
1/2 c. chocolate chips (can use dark or semi-sweet)
1/2 c. pecans or walnuts (chopped)

Preheat oven to 375º and prep an 8 x 8 baking pan. In medium bowl whisk together sugar, vegetable oil, eggs and vanilla. In a large bowl whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and sea salt. Store wet ingredients into dry ingredients until incorporated. Add rhubarb, chocolate chips, nuts until combined. Pour batter in prepared pan. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes
