1 cup wild rice
½ lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
½ cup milk
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
1 rounded tsp flour

* can be doubled and frozen in small ziplock bags

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Soak wild rice in cold water for 2 hours and then drain. Place in fresh saucepan of water and boil briskly for 20 minutes

Sauté mushrooms in browned butter. Add milk, flour, salt and pepper.

Drain cooked wild rice and mix all ingredients in casserole dish. Bake 45 minutes.
