1 stick butter - creamed
2 cups sugar
1 pound ricotta cheese
2 tsp vanilla
4 cups flour
1 shot glass of milk
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt

Frosting:
cup lemon juice
3 TBS butter
2 tsp vanilla
4 cups of powdered sugar

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350

Mix ingredients in mixing bowl. Drop by rounded teaspoon on greased cookie sheet.

Bake 8 to 10 minutes. Cool then drizzle with lemon icing glaze. Store in refrigerator
