1 (6 - 12 ounce package of chocolate chips)
1/4 cup milk
4 eggs, separated
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup sugar
Pinch salt
9" Baked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Combine chocolate chips, milk, sugar and salt in top of double boiler. Cook over hot water until mixture is blended and smooth. Cool slightly. Add egg yolks one at a time, beating well after each. Blend in vanilla. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold into chocolate mixture. Pour in crust. Let set 2-3 hours. Serve with whipped cream.
