2 lrg containers of frozen Red Chile (1 hot &1 mild)
1-2 Tbs Bacon grease or butter
1/4 cup Flour
1 tsp Salt (to taste)
1 tsp Garlic powder (to taste)
1 pinch of oregano


Directions:
Directions:

Melt bacon grease or butter, then add flour. Combine. Brown flour mixture until dark tan.
Add Chile and seasonings and bring to a boil. Turn to low heat and cook for awhile. Use to make individual enchiladas or casserole, posole or chile con carne.
