Crust:
3 cups whole wheat or gluten-free flour
1 Tablespoon sucanat
3/4 cup grapeseed oil
4 Tablespoons almond/coconut milk

Filling:
5 - 6 cups any kind of berries, a mixture or just one kind - fresh or grozen
1 cup sucanat
4 Tablespoons flour
1 Tablespoons cornstarch
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
Dash of salt
4 - 5 Tablespoons butter

Directions:

Crust:
Mix all ingredients together until well blended. Pat 2/3 of mixture on bottom and 1-inch up sides of ungreased 9 X 13 pan.

Filling:
Toss berries with sugar and flour. Add cornstarch, lemon juice and salt. Spoon into crust; dot with butter. Sprinkle remaining crust mixture over berries. Bake at 450º for 10 minutes; reduce heat to 350º and continue baking for 40 minutes. Can be served warm or cold.
