2/3 cups white spelt flour (or all purpose flour)
1/2 cup yellow cornmeal
1 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp melted butter
1 container vegan cream cheese
1 can cream style corn
2 veg eggs(follow your heart brand)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.Grease a 2 qt casserole pan.Mix the melted butter and vegan cream cheese.Add the rest of the ingredients and pour into casserole dish. Bake 50 to 55 min or until top is springy .
