Ingredients:
Ingredients:
5 lb chicken wings
1/3 c soy sauce
1/3 c veggie oil
3/4 c ketchup
1/4 c honey
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tsp Worchestershire
1 tsp liquid smoke

Directions:
Directions:
Divide wings at the joints. Put wing tips into a container to freeze for later use. Place the meatier portions of the wings in a large bowl. Pour soy sauce and veggie oil over. Toss to coat. Cover and let wing marinate for 2 hours.

Preheat oven to 400 F. In a small bowl whisk the remaining ingredients until well combined. Taste and adjust spices at you like. For more spice, add more cayenne pepper.

Pour sauce over the wings and stir to coat thoroughly. On a wire rack placed over a cookie sheet, place the wings in a single layer - it's OK if the wings are touching. Use a BBQ brush to put any remaining sauce on the wings. Bake for 45 minutes. Serve with ranch or blue cheese salad dressing for dipping.

This is great for a group! The sauce is also good on chicken breast that you plan on grilling.
