3 eggs
1 c. plus 2 T. sugar
1 T. flour
⅔ stick melted butter
1½ c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs thoroughly with electric mixer. Add sugar and flour mixture, beat until smooth. Add rest of ingredients, mix well and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350º about 40-45 minutes or until almost firm in middle. (It will continue cooking after removal from oven).
